Tool Design & Manufacturing

We have an in-house tool room, which is the heart of our operations. We design, build and maintain all tooling in-house. Our tool room is equipped with a complete range of Conventional, CNC and EDM.
Press Shop

The state-of-the-art press shop is equipped with single and double acting Pneumatic Power Presses of globally renowned brands and ranging from 100 – 600 Tons for specialized metal forming operations.
Machine Shop

We have an in-house machine shop consisting of CNC, Drilling, VMC, SPM, Lathe and Tap Machines which helps us in delivering ready to use components at customer production lines.
Inspection & Testing

Our Standard room is equipped with the latest measuring machines that allow us to measure up to a tenth of a micron, Profile Projector and other measuring equipment from renowned companies.
